Job Description Job Description We are a Bucks County Peer Reviewed CPA Firm seeking to hire a full-time CPA to join its four partner, twelve-person firm. The firm is tax driven and offers a wide range of accounting, tax, and business consulting services to help our clients succeed. A successful candidate must have a BA/BS in accounting along with a minimum of 10 years current tax and accounting experience with a CPA firm. A CPA certification is required for this position. Excellent communication skills are required along with being highly organized with the able to work independently and effectively. The role is 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities: Tax preparation of individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary federal, state, and local income tax returns. Review tax returns prepared by other accountants. Preparation and examination of accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports for individuals and small businesses. Report analysis and findings to the management team. Qualifications: Active CPA license. 10+ years of public accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop preferred. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications – Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel.
