Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed independent social worker and/or counseling individual to provide *crisis intervention and counseling services to adults and families* in various community settings throughout Marion & Crawford Counties*, Ohio.* This position will be located at our office in Marion, Ohio, and the *shift is Mondays – Fridays working 3pm-11pm*.

*Duties of Adult Mobile Crisis Counselor:*
* Dedicated crisis counselor for adults in crisis.
* Provide Travel throughout Marion & Crawford Counties to provide crisis assessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow up care.
* Provide brief intervention along with ongoing assessment and linkage to services.
*Qualifications of Adult Mobile Crisis Counselor:*
* Masters with LISW or LPCC Licensure
* 2 years’ or more experience working in the behavioral healthcare field
* Eligible for or have an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
* Have/maintain an excellent driving record
*Preference given to candidates with:*
* Work experience with adults and families in community behavioral health or crisis intervention setting
* Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma informed care
