**MUST HAVE ACTIVE U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE**

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer (Propulsion) with a strong background in aircraft jet engines and aerospace propulsion systems. This role involves developing and implementing manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies and equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for aerospace assemblies.
• Evaluate and improve equipment performance.
• Provide input on product design to optimize manufacturing techniques.
• Work within a model-based engineering environment (3DX/iBASEt).

Required Experience:

• Active secret clearance with an investigation within last 5 years or CE enrollment
• Extensive experience in aerospace propulsion systems and aircraft jet engines .
• Proficiency in aircraft sub-systems assembly , integration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in authoring manufacturing assembly work instructions and supporting production floor operations.
• Ability to review and redline engineering technical drawings and models.
• STEM degree

Desired Experience:

• Experience with wire harness installation, aircraft fuel systems, and sub-systems testing.
• Proficiency with 3DX and Catia V5 software, GD&T, and composite fabrication.
• preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role .
