Role Summary Anthropologie is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join their team this Summer! Our Digital Marketing intern is a creative and dynamic team player. Opportunities in this area will help champion our brand through contribution to our digital, CRM, Email, SEO and Analytic teams.

The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/2 through 8/8 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
Summer Internship Program Application Process: 1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission.
2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 4th 2024.
Role Responsibilities - Support planning and execution of digital marketing content working brand marketing, product, merchandising and creative teams to ensure content and timing aligns with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to utilize user generated content in brand digital channels.
- Present opportunities for channel growth, testing, and new adopting strategies in marketing efforts
- Analyze and asses marketing efforts using data
Role Qualifications - Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
- Understanding of Marketing/CRM Platforms as well as social platforms
- Extremely well organized, methodical, and efficient.
- Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table
- Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously
