Ferguson is hiring Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove a variety of appliances in both commercial and residential settings. This role provides opportunities for growth within a supportive, family-friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic and custom appliance installations (training provided).
Install gas and electric household appliances (e.g., washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators) according to manufacturer specifications.
Interact courteously with builders, designers, and customers.
Attend company-paid training seminars to stay updated on product changes.
Provide driver duties as required.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in appliance delivery and installation preferred.
Valid state-issued driver's license required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with assistance.
Excellent customer service and mechanical skills.
Pay:
The pay rate ranges from $21.28 to $31.91, with eligibility for a bonus or incentive plan.
