What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads - NO MORE COLD CALLS!
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality appointments are issued to sales representatives
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Schedule, reschedule and dispatch appointments as needed
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain customer records and update customer information in the customer service database
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a call center environment
• A background in customer service roles
• Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
• Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
• High energy and willingness to learn
• Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
• Weekend availability required
