ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Boucher Design Group is seeking an Architectural Designer for work on commercial projects. Candidate should be comfortable communicating directly with clients and be able to lead a project from schematic design through construction administration.
Responsibilities : Perform code reviews; Accurate preparation of construction documents; Assist in presentation meetings and provide some degree of direct client relationship; Coordinate with consultants and team members; Self-directed CAD/Revit input and checking; Outline specifications; Shop drawing and submittal review; Supervision of other team members; Communications with management, clients, consultants and contractors related to daily business operations.
Qualifications : Ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in architecture along with 5 to 10 years of experience. Skilled in the latest version of AutoCAD and Revit software, with heavy experience in construction document production. Candidate must have strong communication, analytical, writing and graphic skills.
