PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and inspire the creative team to produce innovative and effective work, embodying the Mars definition of creative leadership: making people and the work better, prioritizing the team, and maintaining a drama-free environment. Demonstrate proactive awareness and initiative, rather than waiting for instructions. Adaptability to roles, willing to perform as a Creative Director or Associate Art Director as needed, with a positive attitude. Enjoy solving brand challenges and applying disruptive thinking alongside leading design efforts. React swiftly to changing priorities while maintaining composure. Build strong relationships with teammates both in-person and online across the network. SKILLSETS REQUIRED: Background as Art Director or Designer. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and advertising, preferably in commerce or shopper marketing. Experience managing a small to medium-sized team (3+ years). Ability to present and sell work to clients effectively. Experience working remotely with teams. Calm, solution-oriented mindset. Empowering and engaging leadership style. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. Willing to be hands-on with the team. Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
