Responsibilities – Sales Manager:

• Oversee all car sales at the dealership
• Hands-on closing deals on the sales floor
• Forecast sales goals and objectives on a monthly and annual basis
• Manage vehicle inventory and reconditioning of trade-ins
• Appraise incoming used cars
• Engage customers early in the process and be a strong closer

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Auction experience is a plus
• High energy, outgoing, and aggressive personality
• Outstanding communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent managerial skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
