Our client is looking to fill several 2nd Shift Customer Support positions on their Consumer Lending team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with an established company in the financial field without any direct financial services experience. salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 1 PM - 9:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
HOURS : 12pm - 930pm; Mon-Sun (Required to work Sunday or Saturdays as part as permaennt schedule with 1 day off in the week)
- Must be available for 7 weeks of training during the hours of M-F 8am - 430p
- Handling 75-100 inbound calls per day
- Responsible for providing quality customer service while working to resolve customer's complaints and inquiries.
- Will be reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, and assisting the customer by helping them understand their balances
- Will transfer escalated calls to another department
