We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Construction Superintendent fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining clear communication with a diverse workforce, subcontractors, and clients.

• Project Oversight :
• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and workflows for subcontractors and laborers.
• Communication :
• Act as a liaison between English-speaking project stakeholders and Chinese-speaking team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Translate technical documents, instructions, and on-site communications as needed.
• Quality Control :
• Monitor the quality of work performed by all trades and promptly address any issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to building codes and company standards.
• Safety Management :
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct on-site safety meetings and training sessions.
• Budget and Schedule Management :
• Track project budgets and costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and schedules to the Project Manager.
• Problem-Solving :
• Resolve on-site conflicts or issues involving schedules, resources, or unforeseen challenges.

• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English , both verbal and written.
• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various project sites.

• Experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.

• Competitive salary based on experience. ($85,000.00 - $92,000.00)
