We are providing an opportunity for a direct hire Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Representative to join our team in Torrance, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records. Your role will also involve processing customer applications and monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customer inquiries and providing effective solutions

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Processing customer credit applications accurately

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions

• Managing data entry tasks and maintaining customer databases

• Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Scheduling appointments as necessary

• Using Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks

• Corresponding with customers via email as required

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role or similar field
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively
• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
• Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is necessary
• Experience in order entry processes and systems
• Able to schedule appointments effectively and manage customer schedules efficiently.
