CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate temp to hire Bilingual Spanish Call Center openings with a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Newark, NJ.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be good at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes

Desired Background/Skills:

• HS diploma or GED
• Bilingual Spanish a must
• Experience in a call center environment or Dispatch Experience
• Basic computer skills

Other Information:

This position is Temp to Hire working ONSITE this is not a remote position.
10am to 6pm, but has to be flexible with the schedule for Overtime Sunday off and 1 more day during the week. Working at CoWorx means you are eligible to receive:
