Job Details
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who thrives in managing high-volume transactions and can keep financial records accurate and organized. If you love AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for multiple clients.
Handle bank reconciliations and transaction processing with accuracy.
Maintain financial records and ensure proper classification of expenses.
Work with cloud-based accounting tools like Bill.com and Monday.com.
Support automation and system improvements to enhance efficiency.
What You Bring:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience with strong transaction processing skills.
Experience handling payroll and financial reconciliations.
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools (or willingness to learn).
High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
