Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business & Fundraising Consultant Assistant to support our consulting team in delivering top-tier strategies to nonprofit clients. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in both business development and fundraising within the nonprofit sector. As a Consultant Assistant , you will work closely with consultants to help develop and implement fundraising strategies, assist in client relationship management, and contribute to the overall success of nonprofit campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of fundraising strategies for nonprofit clients, including event planning, donor outreach, and sponsorship acquisition.
  • Help conduct market research and industry analysis to identify new fundraising opportunities and support the consulting team in client acquisition.
  • Support in the creation of fundraising materials such as proposals, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Assist in coordinating fundraising events , from logistics and planning to on-site management, ensuring a smooth and successful execution.
  • Track and analyze fundraising progress , including donations, pledges, and event attendance, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Help maintain client relationships through regular communication, providing updates on campaign progress, and gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work with the consulting team to help create customized solutions that address the specific needs of nonprofit clients, focusing on maximizing fundraising outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing reports for clients, showcasing key metrics, fundraising achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing client accounts, and updating project files and documentation.

  • 2-year or 4-year degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in event planning , fundraising , or client relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Proactive with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
