Business Risk Management, Vice President

Country: United States of America

Support the senior in terms of understanding proposed transactions, performing initial risk identification, preparing and distributing factual summary of business selection calls, and working closing with the record keeping aspect.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business, Finance, Management, or equivalent field. Req

Work Experience:
9+ years relevant experience

Skills and Abilities:
Strong management principles, methodologies and tools, governance principles and activity preferably in a financial services technology environment.
Knowledge of workflow/processes and risks/controls, including: origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections/workout.
Advanced process, and control validation and/or assessment skills.
Ability to direct, train and guide peers, subordinates and management.
Ability to handle conflict resolution with other groups to ensure appropriate accounting guidance is followed.
Ability to adjust to new developments/changing circumstances.
Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive issues/projects to closure.
Ability to effectively interact with the market, executive management and vendors.
Ability to adapt and adjust to multiple demands and competing priorities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Strong project management skills.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$120,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$205,000.00 USD

Salary: $93,750 - $160,000/year
