Maintains health information in both paper files and electronic systems. Reviews charts for accurate information, processes release of information requests (ROI), and locates and delivers medical and dictation records. May mentor and train staff and help guide work for associate and intermediate staff.
This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to adjust hours as needed. Employees are required to work 2 days onsite and some days from home.
If you are within commutable distance to the office at 2925 Chicago Ave, South Minneapolis, MN, 55407, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
We offer 4 weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule during normal business hours or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

The salary range for this role is $49,300 to $96,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
