With a bed capacity of 63 patients, our dedicated team specializes in caring for individuals who have experienced a range of traumatic injuries, from motor vehicle accidents to spinal cord injuries.

Our Surgical Services Department provides comprehensive pre-op and post-op care for patients undergoing specialty surgical procedures across various fields, including trauma, vascular surgery, and more. We focus on delivering exceptional care from the moment patients enter our facility until their discharge.

Your Role

Role Purpose: As a nurse in our team, you will provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, all while adhering to the highest standards of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on managing their illness or injury, including post-treatment care.
• Engage in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety, as this is a safety-sensitive position.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Licenses & Certifications: RN license

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience: Less than 2 years in a nursing role
