Job Description Education Educate wholesale staff on coffee, espresso, and tea Teach retail classes Consult shop design, drink menus, coffee culture, etc. Oversee shop openings Liaison to wholesale customers Quality Control Espresso Wholesale customer quality Assist cupping team Flavor Profiling Blend Development Lab work Other Assist in sales presentations, workshops Assist with bean shop Labeling, stamping, package prep Practicing kindness Social Media Prospecting Qualifications: Required Direct specialty coffee experience (4 years) Educator experience (2 years) Passionate coffee perfectionist Command of coffee and espresso extraction Ability to teach others coffee and espresso skills, including latte art Confident coffee voice Ability to represent and enhance brand Align with brand culture Ability to work autonomously Car (expenses reimbursed) Preferred Account services experience Barista Certifications (SCA +) Social media experience Marketing experience Roastery experience Additional Information 3-5 days of work per week, depending on roles applicant is capable of filling.
