We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in HVAC systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings. This is a permanent role and provides an excellent opportunity to work with a team of professionals committed to delivering high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and systems operate efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting complex problems to provide the best possible solution.
- Understand and implement a variety of HVAC systems, including refrigeration systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all technical questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and consistently maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC trends and technologies, participating in regular training and professional development opportunities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a HVAC Technician in the construction industry or a related field.
- Broad knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and providing effective solutions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable way.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and commercial HVAC.
- Excellent repair skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong commitment to adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
