Summary:
This is a unique opportunity for a creative and charismatic individual to be part of the community management team for client Peer Community (GPC). GPC is a platform for the world's most influential network of business leaders to share Q&A posts, polls, and altogether interact with each other in an environment that prioritizes the discussion of key issues and critical business decisions. We are looking for a Community Manager/Moderator (Contractor), to work on several business initiatives and be empowered to lead problem solving leading to continuous improvement. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, content creation, engagement with clients and community members.



What you'll do:

• Successfully moderate activity within our platform
• Rigorously track user data and maintain CRM details
• Craft compelling messages and updates to our clients and members
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to the improvement or optimization of existing processes
• Work towards streamlining processes and building best practices around maintaining/enhancing quality.

What you'll need :

• 3-5+ years of professional aligned experience. Ideal candidates should include direct "Community Managers or Moderators", "Content Creators / Writers", "Social Media Content Managers", or "Content Marketers".
• Ideal candidates will have a background in Technical Writing / Editing or Business Writing / Editing.
• Microsoft Office expertise - Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of complex technology products.
• Proficient with conducting secondary research.
• Excellent attention to detail, including ability to identify, dig into, and remedy errors.
