• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• **Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple entities.**
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in **Great Plains** , Microsoft **Access** , and advanced **Excel** skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
