About the Company and Administrative/Accounting Assistant Opportunity:

• Our repeat client in the construction industry and currently they are looking to add an Administrative/Accounting Assistant to their team and work from their Essex office to assist with an increase in workload.
  
  • This Administrative/Accounting Assistant role will begin on a contractual basis as soon as possible for the selected candidate. Opportunity for permanent hire depending on performance and fit!

• This position is 100% in office in Essex, MD. M-F 8am-5pm
• Annual Salary starting at $48,000

Job Duties for the Administrative/Accounting Assistant:

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage the reception desk. Act as face of the company!
• Get deliveries and documents in order
• General filing and scanning
• Perform light AP and AR duties
• Assist with expense reports and data entry in Concur
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Administrative/Accounting Assistant:

• 1+ years' related work/office experience required
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
• Willingness and eager to learn, takes direction well, and able to work independently
• Able to work with diverse personalities
