OBJECTIVES

  • Schedule appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service.
  • Ensure a company-wide commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.
  • Perform follow-up customer satisfaction calls.
  • Work with dispatch to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response.
  • Be willing to actively participate in continuous CSR training.

COMPETENCIES

  • Must pass background check and drug test
  • Must be willing to answer on-call phone calls on a rotating schedule
  • Work well as a team player in a team setting.
  • Goal-oriented, dedication to your work and willingness to learn.
  • Successful work experience in the area of customer service or sales, preferred.
  • Superior organizational and task management skills.
  • Ability to professionally resolve any customer concern or complaint and assure total customer satisfaction.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Sitting at a desk for most, if not all, of the day.
  • Be able to take an on call phone home based on a rotating on call schedule.

EDUCATION:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. On-site training and continued education will be provided.
  • 2 years or more in customer service experience, preferred.

COMPENSATION:

  • This position will earn an annual compensation including the opportunity to make commissions and incentives.

SCHEDULE:

  • Working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Taking on-call phone calls will also occur on a rotating schedule.
