We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Telecom Services industry, based in Langley, Washington. The role involves managing and updating customer information, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle all data entry tasks related to customer credit applications.
• Manage Email Correspondence with customers to resolve inquiries.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize files and perform calculations.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Ensure all customer credit records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Use 10 Key Skills for data entry tasks.
• Scan and digitize relevant documents for record-keeping.
• Maintain an organized system for filing and retrieving documents.
• Ensure accurate typing and data input in all tasks.• Must possess proficiency in 10 Key Skills for efficient data input
• Excellent Customer Service skills, demonstrating the ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Mastery of Data Entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in Email Correspondence, ensuring effective communication with team members and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including the ability to create, edit, and format documents
• Ability to organize files in a logical and efficient manner, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information
• Capacity to perform calculations accurately, with an understanding of basic mathematical principles
• Proficiency in scanning physical documents and converting them to digital format
• Fast and accurate typing skills, ensuring efficient data input and document creation
