Position Overview

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of online advertising and be adept at developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to boost online traffic. Responsibilities include managing multiple client accounts, crafting strategic campaigns, and delivering results that are in line with our clients' missions and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads and Bing Ads Management:

  • Design and manage comprehensive Google Search Ads & Bing Ads campaigns to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize Google Ad and Bing Ad accounts for peak performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Implement Google and Bing Display and Shopping Ads as required to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Execute remarketing strategies across Google and Bing platforms to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Coordinate with clients to discuss the performance of their Google Ads campaigns and provide necessary recommendations for improvement.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Management:

  • You'll be tasked with structuring client campaigns logically and effectively.
  • This entails dividing campaigns by objective (such as brand awareness or lead generation), audience segmentation, or product/service categories.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics for in-depth analysis and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement Google Tag Manager for efficient tracking and gain deeper insights into user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Utilize Tag Manager to implement and manage tracking codes, tags, and triggers for accurate data collection.
  • Manage GA4 (Google Analytics 4) to track and analyze user behavior, website traffic, and campaign performance.
  • Interpret data insights from GA4 to refine marketing strategies and optimize user experiences.
  • Drive success in digital marketing initiatives by leveraging expertise in both Tag Manager and GA4.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute strategic email campaigns tailored to the unique needs of PWI and its clients.
  • Plan, write, and coordinate email marketing campaigns for both PWI and client organizations.
  • Implement strategies to engage audiences and drive conversions through email marketing efforts.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing:

  • Enhance organic reach with SEO best practices and utilize sophisticated SEO tools.
  • Craft compelling content strategies including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies to support inbound marketing efforts.
  • Provide SEO audits and conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and strategic direction to clients for their initiatives.

Social Media Ads & Organic Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and optimize paid advertising across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to strengthen online presence and promote organizational missions.
  • Execute and manage client social media accounts based on their requests.

Campaign Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using various reporting tools to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • You'll track key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to identify areas for improvement.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
