Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services while driving engagement and conversion across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta-Ads campaigns to achieve key performance metrics.
- Create and implement effective social media strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee programmatic marketing initiatives to target key demographics effectively.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and adjust campaigns accordingly for optimal results.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling copy for digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and incorporate innovative practices.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search and social media.
- Proficiency in Google Adwords, Meta-Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and programmatic marketing techniques.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of target audience engagement.
- Experience in utilizing Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record in budget management and campaign performance analysis.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Connected TV (CTV) advertising.
