We are seeking a Director, Learning Business Advisor to join our Audit Learning & Development (L&D) organization. Responsibilities: Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders to support L&D performance consulting projects, ensuring buy-in for measurement and evaluation frameworks. Partner with L&D leadership, Business Learning Advisors, Learning Path Managers, Learning Experience Design team, and Curriculum Partners to integrate measurement and evaluation throughout the L&D process. Influence client buy-in by integrating measurement techniques with broader monitoring activities and aligning with stakeholders on shared outcomes. Manage service delivery, overseeing the development and execution of learning measurement, needs analysis, and program evaluation plans using standardized tools. Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the M&E team, ensuring quality and efficiency. Oversee the use of business intelligence tools (AI, Alteryx, PowerBI, SQL, Excel) for analyzing and reporting learning outcomes, offering insights for improvements. Recommend outcome-oriented solutions, utilizing stakeholder relationship skills and measurement toolkits to support performance consulting services. Qualifications: Minimum ten years of professional services experience, preferably in Audit or related field, with at least eight years in stakeholder or client relationship development, or learning and development with expertise in instructional design, performance consulting, and data analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus; degrees in accounting or auditing are considered if complemented by relevant skills and experience. Ability to communicate technical results effectively to stakeholders to support decision-making. Proven leadership and coaching experience. Experience translating program goals into needs analysis and evaluation plans. Experience with financial statement audit, attestation, or assurance services is preferred.
