KPMG is seeking a Director, Quality Assurance to join our Federal Advisory Services organization. Responsibilities: Set overall quality direction, including defining quality goals, objectives, and action plans. Supervise QA staff, managers, and related functions, ensuring they have resources, training, and support. Ensure compliance with Federal Government FAR/DFAR requirements, industry standards (CMMI, ISO, etc.), and internal policies. Collaborate with development, delivery, and other teams to integrate QA throughout the product or service lifecycle. Track quality metrics, analyze data, and report on QA performance and impact. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of recent experience with U.S. Government Federal/Industry QA requirements, including overseeing a federal QA organization. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field; a graduate degree is preferred. Proven leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and consensus-building abilities. Experience managing cross-functional teams, implementing QA frameworks per federal contracts, analyzing SLA performance, and developing QA artifacts. Experience with corporate functions (Contracts, Procurement, Finance, Product Delivery) and understanding of the U.S. Government's acquisition lifecycle, including QA compliance related to FAR and Defense supplements. Knowledge of AI-powered testing is a plus. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
