Location: Washington, D.C. A leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equity and opportunity for women is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join their team on a 3-4 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to create impact through digital strategy and execution while supporting a highly respected cause. Responsibilities:Create, edit, and publish digital content across email campaigns and the organization's website using WordPress and EveryAction.Write, design, and schedule compelling email marketing campaigns.Manage audience lists, optimize content for engagement, and oversee email delivery execution.Track performance using Google Analytics and internal dashboards; generate digital reports to inform future strategy.Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice and standards.Optimize web content for SEO and accessibility.Provide proofreading and quality assurance for all outgoing digital communications.Support broader digital projects and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or email communications.Hands-on experience with WordPress and EveryAction.Strong writing, editing, and web copy skills with attention to tone and clarity.Proven success managing and executing email marketing campaigns.Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital reporting.Excellent time management and attention to detail.
