What You’ll Do:
As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

Who We’re Looking For: • Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with technology and online communication tools

Responsibilities:
• Develop leads in the San Diego, CA area to expand the client base effectively.
• Participate in specialized training sessions aimed at improving knowledge and skills in luxury real estate.
• Follow up persistently on leads until successful appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer's agent.
• Maintain regular communication with San Diego homebuyers through calls and emails to strengthen relationships and ensure brand loyalty.
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards achieving company objectives.
• Responsively handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients within the luxury real estate sector.
• Accurately update and manage customer information using the CRM system to support San Diego agents.
• Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients in the San Diego area in a timely manner.
• Attend sales training sessions consistently to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Diligently follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Establish new connections to broaden the client network.
• Set personal goals to drive professional development.
Qualifications:
• To be considered for the role of Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in San Diego, CA, US, applicants must either possess a valid Real Estate License or demonstrate a strong commitment to obtaining one.
• Prior experience in sales is a mandatory requirement for applicants interested in this position.
• Excellent communication skills are crucial for engaging effectively with clients.
• The compensation package for this role includes commission opportunities.
• Holding a valid Driver's License is a prerequisite for consideration for this position.
