Compensation:

$95,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads to identify potential clients interested in real estate services in Fullerton, CA, US
  • Participate in training sessions aimed at expanding knowledge and skills in the real estate field
  • Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are arranged with a listing or buyer’s agent
  • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and ensure brand recognition
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives
  • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients
  • Maintain accurate customer information for agents using the CRM system
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments
Qualifications:
  • A valid real estate license or the willingness to obtain one is a must-have for this role
  • While no prior experience is necessary, we offer comprehensive training to equip you for success
  • Effective communication skills are vital for engaging with clients successfully
  • The position includes commission opportunities as part of the compensation package
