We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent experiences for attendees. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site support.
• Work closely with event planners, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining budgets, preparing event materials, and tracking expenses.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and other logistical details for event participants.
• Support promotional efforts, including social media updates, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and event management software.
