About the Role:
As an Events Assistant, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of events that align with our clients' vision and Style Netbox's innovative approach. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing events, from initial concepts to post-event evaluations.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including schedules, materials, and on-site support.
• Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
• Support the creation of event promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Provide excellent client service and address any event-related queries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain detailed records and reports to support continuous improvement in event management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event coordination or planning is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional events.
