Finance Manager, Healthcare What We Are Looking For: We are looking for senior level consultants, subject matter experts, and analysts who have a background in the healthcare industry working with healthcare analytics and electronic health records focusing on data quality, identification management, clinical data quality, data governance, data stewardship and data management. Compensation based on skills and experience.
Requirements: - U.S. citizenship
- BA/BS Degree
- 10 years of healthcare analytics
- Experience with electronic health records
- Remote work with up to 10% travel
- Eligibility to pass federal background checks
Skills: - Extensive experience with industry-standard tools and processes for supporting large-scale healthcare systems in Identity Management.
- Expertise in Healthcare Data Quality, Data Management, and Data Quality Analytics principles, policies, and tools.
- Experience within a healthcare environment to understand specific requirements.
- An understanding of identity management and data quality principles.
- Electronic clinical quality reporting.
- Hospital accreditation bodies.
- Implementing clinical data quality principles in large-scale Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Preferred: - Federal Government Experience
- Experience with clinical data quality.
- IT programming and expertise with analytical tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, TOAD, Power BI, Excel, MS Access, IBM MDM Inspector, SQL Server Integration Services).
- Experience within the Healthcare industry and/or health domain within the federal government.
Compensation:
$90K-$130K depending on experience. Profit share and bonus potential in addition.
