SHIFT HOURS:
Monday - Friday: 4:30AM - 1:00PM (open) & 1:00PM - 8:00PM (close)
Saturday: 6:15AM - 12:00PM
Sunday: 9:00AM - 12:00PM
*Part time required to work a minimum of three shifts a week (opening, closing, weekend)

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intros
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Selection Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous sales experience
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
• Functional computer skills MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
• Health & Fitness-minded
• High school diploma
• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
