Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for specific roles.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
• Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their interview skills.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and job market changes to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Must be fluent in English and at least one other language; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
