POSITION:

The Front Desk Associate is a key member of the Rumble team and the first point of contact for guests and members. In this role, you will create a welcoming and positive experience by greeting everyone with warmth and enthusiasm. You will assist with tours, enrollments, and questions, ensuring every guest and member feels valued. This entry-level position offers a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for career growth within the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Must be fluent in English and effective communication skills, including verbal, non-verbal, and written communication
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to following Rumble policies and procedures
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet members and guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude
  Identify first-time guests through reservation reviews and initiate the welcome process
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and enrollment

• Direct guests to trainers in a prompt and professional manner
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Answer phone calls courteously by the third ring, handle inquiries, and book appointments accurately
• Sanitize the workout studio between classes according to Rumble standards
• Address member requests, concerns, and inquiries immediately
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community, and hospital events) to promote the club
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
• Other duties as assigned
