Our leading financial services client is looking to hire a dynamic Front End Web Developer with experience in mobile and web development as well as AEM and web page development.

 

This position is hybrid based in Chicago, Charlotte or Cincinnati 

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. 

Rate: $40-48 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with Line of Business (LOB) and Centers of Excellence (COE) to define requirements and ensure integrity and functionality of assigned web projects, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Manages the Content Management System (CMS), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 
  • Utilizes the brand design library to support brand, component, and layout consistency and functionality
  • Creates user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for unauthenticated by implementing creative, intuitive solutions that support LOB and business needs in collaboration with senior developers and the design teams. 
  • Writes basic JavaScript functions to support and enhance content and user experience (UX). 
  • Utilizes the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management System (CMS) to apply component and layout standards to pre-defined templates. 
  • Maintains an ongoing awareness of current web design, digital design trends, and best practices. 
  • Provides design leadership and oversight to both internal and external resources. 
  • Utilizes basic analytics to support and optimize user experience (UX). 
  • Manages day-to-day maintenance tasks in a timely manner. 
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Pattern Lab. 
  • Supports SEO and optimization objectives. 
  • Conduct accessibility audits/checks to ensure compliance with WCAG and ADA standards (PDFs, webpages, etc). 
  • QA (testing, reporting, tracking, ensuring compliance and standards) 
  • Other duties as require
Experience Requirements:

· CSS and HTML hands on experience

· Knowledge of AEM and web pages development

· Mobile/Web Development

· Strong Communication Skills

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
