Guest Services Team Member

Insanity Complex is located at 100 Skate Park Dr Madison, AL, 35758 in the heart of Madison, AL , within walking distance to historic downtown Madison and a short drive to the Huntsville International Airport. Located in Northeast Alabama, Madison is one of the fastest growing cities in the southeastern United States and has one of the highest per capita incomes and a school system that is recognized for scholastic achievements. Insanity Complex opened its doors in 2015 and has steadily become the top corporate event venue. Insanity Complex is a multi-purpose facility focusing on hosting the general public, civic events, conferences, and concerts.

Responsibilities:

Our Guest Services Team Members have the privilege of setting the tone for a remarkable guest experience. Guest Services Team Members will perform a variety of roles and duties as assigned by supervisors and managers within our multi-venue entertainment complex.

• Greet guests as they enter and exit the complex
• Be willing to talk to and interact with guests - asking them if they are having fun and proactively asking guests if they need anything
• Sanitize and clean as needed without being asked to ensure the complex is always providing guests with the best experience possible
• Complete assignments and duties and positively communicate regularly with other teammates and with supervisors and managers.

Requirements:

• Must love to have fun!
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be great with kids
• Must enjoy working with people of all ages
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings
• Must be dependable and able to report to work on time and as scheduled
• Must be comfortable on your feet for long periods of time (accommodations are made for persons with disabilities)
• Must be enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a clean record and willing to submit to a background check and/or drug screen if required
