Job Description
Summary: We are seeking skilled Team Members: Referees who are responsible for ensuring guests at our facility follow all rules, safety guidelines, promote the facility and upcoming events, and create returning customers.
Team Members will: - monitor game play and players on and off the field
- enforce the safety rules
- perform safety rules debriefing of customers
- chronograph paintball and airsoft markers
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Assist guests in payment and registration
- Enforce the safety rules of the park
- Issue rental equipment to guests
- and other tasks as needed by management.
Skills/Qualifications - Have a positive and cheerful attitude that will enable you to achieve the highest level of customer service.
- excellent communication skills.
- Work well in a fast-paced, busy environment, and stay calm under pressure.
- Must be able to stand, sit, reach, grasp, squat, bend, run for extended periods of time; must be able to lift 25 lbs. daily.
- Must be okay working in an outdoor environment
- Must be able to use walkie-talkie radios and whistles.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays (Saturday &/or Sunday).
- Be computer proficient.
- Must be willing to cross train between different positions (i.e. Roles may include Cashier & Equipment Rental Clerk)
- Paintball and/or Airsoft experience preferred but not required.
