What will you be doing?
As a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner , you will lead HR functions including employee relations, enforcing company policies, and resolving disputes in the workplace. As an HR Manager you will encourage everyone to work together to create an inclusive workplace culture, improving employee job satisfaction and the business’ reputation as a top place to work. Responsibilities include:
• Conducting internal investigations with managers and employees regarding reports of misconduct.
• Providing HR support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
• Executing routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Creating and writing company policies under the direction of the Director of Employee Relations and Chief Human Resources Officer.
• Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices.
• Attending unemployment hearings via phone to represent the organization while providing evidence to support claims.
• All other duties as assigned.

Proficiency in functional written and oral English is required.
Minimum of 5 years practical experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment and machines, as well as posses a valid CDL-B license. Basic computer knowledge a plus. Would be responsible to perform routine maintenance work on equipment, maintain service records...
