Integration Change Manager (Remote) at GovCIO in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a Integration Change Manager (Remote) to support a cross-functional team to support the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). This position will be full-time and fully remote. Responsibilities GovCIO is seeking a candidate for the position of Integration Change Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs BAM Portfolio.The Integration Change Manager will be a hands-on leader who will be responsible for: + Report weekly on status of integrations and any key updates to various program leaders. + Manage the oversight and growth of development lead. + Have strong analytical and investigation skills crafting solutions to challenging problems or issues. + Be able to work independently often alone with the tasks without benefit of a whole team for support. + Coordinates with various teams involved in software development, such as development, testing, and operations teams, to ensure that all aspects of the release process are properly coordinated, executed and documented in the IMS. + Ensures that the appropriate version control and release management tools are used to manage the release process and track the deployment of software releases. + Continuously monitors the release process and identifying areas for improvement to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall release quality. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience + Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience) + Ability to create and present detailed weekly reports on project status and updates to multiple program teams. + Experience overseeing the professional growth and leadership of development teams. + Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. + Proven experience working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared objectives, demonstrating effective communication and coordination. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis, presentations, and document creation. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. + Positive attitude with a proactive approach, readily stepping in to assist colleagues and contribute to various tasks as needed. Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
