Salary: 85,000 - 150,000+

Responsibilities:

• Creating landscape designs for both hardscape and softscape, drainage and elevations as necessary
• Qualifying all leads that come in pertaining to new install work, and entertain green light leads in an efficient and proactive manner following our proposal promise process
• Creating estimates following our proposal process for your sales leads and projects
• Permitting applications and follow-through as necessary
• Sold projects;
  • Communicate expectations of projected timeline to client
  • Introduce client to PM, inform of handoff and communicate expectations of who is doing what as the project commences
  • Create and handoff job packet to Project Manager with all pertinent information for a successful installation. To include scope and scale of project and taskings, utility markout locations (Gas, Electric, Cable, etc.)
  • Initial site visit meeting with Division Lead, Project Manager and Construction Manager prior to any work commencing
• Attending onsite meetings as necessary with PM and clients
• Maintain adequate CE credits for NYS Landscape Architectural license if applicable
• Set and achieve your weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
• Ensure quality and completeness of all projects that are under your design/supervision
• Keep learning new skills related to your role
• Always maintain alignment with our company's core values

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with landscape design
• Experience with CAD Software learn 3D software, such as Lumion
• Excellent plant identification and knowledge
• Ability to produce detailed construction drawings for all aspects of planning - soil composition, drainage, elevations, irrigation, lighting, etc.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-energy environment
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Knowledge of internal communication systems: Slack, Trello, Teamwork, etc.
• Must be confident, motivated, respectful, a team player, and have a positive attitude
