We are looking for Automotive Technicians to join our team. Come grow with us! Job description Then Lead Automotive Technician performs all duties related to vehicle repair including full diagnosis. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service shop. This leadership role ensures that all repair and maintenance work is performed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. The Lead Automotive Technician supervises technicians, ensures compliance with safety protocols, assists with diagnostics and complex repairs, and supports customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards.ASE Certification is preferred but not required. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnoses vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications/experience. Performs work as outlined on the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy. Explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include the Store Manager, Service Consultants and/or customers. Recommends services that are necessary to keep the customer's vehicle in running condition; properly documents all recommendations in the customer file. Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. Maintains appropriate ASE certifications and renewals of expiring certifications.
