Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading CPG company headquartered in downtown Chicago seeking an experienced Leadership Development Change Manager to design and deliver executive-level training programs that focus on cross-functional leadership growth, developing high-potential leaders and creating an engaging, inspiring work environment. You’ll partner with executives and senior leadership to understand the challenges they face, including the impact of high-speed work environments on culture, pressure and burnout. Through workshops, training sessions and strategic planning, you’ll help their leaders develop the skills needed to thrive and foster resilience in their teams.

Leadership Development Change Manager Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deliver leadership development programs, including workshops, trainings and executive-level engagements
  • Create decks, presentations and content for leadership development initiatives focused on high-potential leader growth, talent development and executive presence
  • Lead sessions on how to build an engaging and inspiring work environment, focusing on team motivation, collaboration and innovation
  • Address leadership challenges related to high-speed work cultures, including managing pressure, preventing burnout and fostering resilience
  • Work closely with executives and senior leadership to assess their development needs and tailor programs to meet their specific goals
  • Develop strategies and frameworks that align with the organization's overall leadership culture and business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional leadership development initiatives, ensuring alignment across different departments and promoting collaboration
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs through feedback, performance metrics and follow-up sessions
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in learning and development, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to leadership training
Leadership Development Change Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management with a focus on Leadership Development or Learning & Development
  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership programs, with a track record of working with executives or senior leaders
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops, trainings and executive coaching sessions
  • Ability to create engaging and impactful presentations, decks and other training materials for high-level audiences
  • Consultancy experience highly preferred
  • Deep understanding of leadership challenges in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with strategies to overcome burnout and improve team well-being
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a consultative approach to partnering with senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields preferred
  • Certification in Change Management, Leadership Development or Learning & Development (e.g., PROSCI, CIPD, SHRM) preferred
  • Experience working in diverse and dynamic environments, leading programs that impact multiple functions or departments preferred
