HIRING OTR Experienced OTR CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for Lease Purchase Flatbed
Limited time -$8,000 Sign-On Bonus when joining our Flatbed/Conestoga Division Lease Purchase
2-3 Weeks out OTR is required before hometime
FLATBED Lease drivers makeup to$2700 weekly AFTER all deductions
CHOOSE YOUR PAY, percentage or pay per mile:
75%line haul gross(Includes Trailer rent with covered maintenance & included Cargo Insurance, Free Logix Anywhere & Free ELD Weekly Service)
$1.96 per mile total pay ($1.50 base + fuel surcharge)
FUEL DISCOUNTS- Up to $0.90 per Gallon, You Can Track The Daily Real-Time Discounts via Phone Application.
REQUIRED: 2 years of CDL-A truck driving experience, and 6 months of flatbed experience (with tarping/securement)
Our lease drivers are out 2-3 weeks OTR before going home.The more you run, the more you'll make. Ask your Recruiter.

2025 Freightliners with DD15 (APU, Fridge and Inverter)
The T680 trucks come with: APU on the 2021-2022-2023-2024 models, Paccar MX-13 455hp, Fridge, Power Inverter, Table, 76" High Roof Aerodyne with windows, etc...
Lease Information:
Flexible lease terms available - 1 year, 2 years, up to 5 years.
Operating mostly mix of Midwest, East, and Southern states (No NYC, No West Coast)

Job Requirements:
2 FULL years of CDL-A truck driving experience
6 months of flatbed experience (with tarping/securement)
Clean Driving record (No more than 2 moving violations or 1 accident at fault)
Clean driving record
Clean Clearinghouse pull with no failed or refused tests.

- FLATBED Division- You can make Up To $2700 weekly after all deductions.

- VAN Division- You can make Up To $2200 weekly after all deductions.
