Capital Automotive is a $4.3 billion real estate company specializing in sale leaseback transactions, searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant who can relate well with clients with an emphasis on fostering good client relationships, while proactively support the team on various real estate transactions, and other corporate and business needs. Your keen attention to detail and ability to organize information is essential as you will be expected to manage the day-to-day administrative affairs of the department including real estate transactions, contract and litigation support, legal filing, invoice processing, departmental expense reporting and enforcing quality control processes for maintenance of corporate records in an accessible and organized manner. Above average Microsoft software skills will be utilized to format legal documents and to perform other advanced functions quickly and efficiently. Working with this hands-on team will require the ability to think and act independently and a confident take charge attitude will allow you to quickly assume responsibility for tasks. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software skills

Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in corporate setting or law firm
• Strong understanding of legal and real estate terminology
• Experience with Real Estate transactions and familiarity with contracts would be preferred
• Working knowledge of SharePoint platform is a plus
• Familiarity with Clarity First is a plus
• Paralegal certification is a plus
