Job Description

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Localization Producer in Culver City, CA

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) - Culver City, CA

Pay rate: $50-$54/hr

Responsibilities:

Produce localized editorial copy and artwork for tv featured content with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with vendors, editorial teams, business partners, and other producers to align on localization project goals and timelines.
Ensure localized content is audience-relevant and consistently reflects the brand voice across global markets.
Manage the accurate input of localized data into various internal systems and tools.
Oversee quality assurance and troubleshoot issues related to the display or functionality of localized copy across platforms and regions.
Track and report on localization progress to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the production lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience in localization and/or project management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with the TV App and digital content platforms.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced and complex environments.
Native-level proficiency in at least one additional language preferred.
Experience with workflow automation tools and methods is a plus.
Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new tools, systems, and processes.
