Job Description

As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of our supply chain, ensuring efficient inventory management and smooth shipment operations. You'll work closely with our Supply Chain Manager, using your skills in logistics, negotiation, and warehouse management to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate Shipments: Work with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate movement of shipments.
Customer Champion: Respond to customer inquiries and guide them to the right solutions.
Verify Accuracy: Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure everything is spot-on.
Handle Special Requests: Arrange special shipping needs as required.
Track and Resolve: Monitor shipments and fix any errors that pop up.
Manage Finances: Prepare bills and invoices, and manage distribution and shipment budgets.
Ensure Quality: Make sure all services meet our high standards.
Improve Processes: Develop and refine processes to make our supply chain more efficient.
Oversee Operations: Monitor operational aspects of ocean and air shipments.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure daily import operations follow client standards and procedures.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and service providers (shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, etc.).
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of logistics experience (preferred).
Knowledge of the CargoWise system (highly desirable).
Experience with ocean and air import/export (an advantage).
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
Great teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers, software, and technology.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
Self-driven and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 45,000.00 Per Year
